Limited 10 Year Global Warranty

Because DELSEY want satisfied customers, every DELSEY product is supported by a warranty as explained below.

Warranty against defects

Depending on the product, DELSEY offers a Worldwide Limited 2, 5 or 10 Year Warranty, or a Lifetime Warranty (Warranty Period) against defects in material and workmanship, computed from the date of purchase. To find the length of the Warranty Period, please see the product labeling, the hangtag, and the documentation provided with the product.

Electronic and electrical components (excluding batteries) are covered by the warranty for a period of two (2) years.

Briggs and Riley Warranty Information

Briggs and Riley is the only luggage company that offers an unconditional lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely event that your bag needs to be repaired, we are here for you. 

Our simple as that guarantee means if your bag is ever broken or damaged, we will repair it free of charge, no proof of purchase needed, no questions asked.

Our warranty covers the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for the life of your bag.

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents.

If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. 
If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge.

Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition. Due to discontinuation of a particular part of color identical replacement parts may not be available. Briggs & Riley will repair or replace a damaged parts with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us, however, we will return the favor and ship your bag back to you free of charge.

You also have the option to take the repair in to your own hands. Take advantage of our self-repair kits.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Standing behind every piece of Travelpro luggage is our foundational belief in quality and craftsmanship that goes above and beyond industry standards. We’ve seen enough suitcases that couldn’t stand up to the demands of frequent travel to know how to make one that can.

Our suitcases are tested above the maximum allowable weight for a checked bag and put through more than fifteen different trials, including distance, durability, and temperature to make sure all fabrics, wheels, zippers, handles, and overall bag design can exceed the toughest wear and tear from frequent travel.

We are proud to introduce our new Built For A Lifetime Limited Warranty starting with the Maxlite® 5 collection which covers defects on major components such as wheels, zippers, extension handles and carry handles. In addition, we’ve added a new *Trusted Companion Promise – a worry-free enhancement which covers damage caused by airlines and other common carries along with reimbursement of shipping costs if a bag needs to be sent in for repair.

Tumi Warranty Information

For five years after you purchase a TUMI product from one of our travel, business, or bag collections, or two years for any wallet or accessory, from an authorized TUMI store or dealer, you will be covered by our Limited Warranty.

TUMI’s warranty extends to the original owner; it is straightforward and comprehensive, and just part of the total TUMI ownership experience. First Year of Ownership: Worry Free

With limited exceptions, if your TUMI product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it– including damage caused by normal wear and tear, airline handling, or other transit damage–TUMI will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from our repair facility. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

Years Two through Five on travel bags, business cases, cross body bags, totes, backpacks and handbags and second year for wallets, accessories and outerwear: You are covered for manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.

From the second through the fifth year you own your TUMI travel item, business case or other bag, and for the second year for wallets or accessories, TUMI will repair any item that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, or defective in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks). For years two through five, we do not cover damage caused by airlines or other transit damage. Damage claims in transit cases should be filed against the carrier. Other damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics) and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Normal wear and tear for TUMI Outerwear does not include lost or missing buttons, torn fabrics or leathers or cosmetic damage as described above.

Your only responsibility is to ship your item to us for repair, postage paid, or take it to a TUMI store or authorized TUMI dealer, who will be happy to process the repair. In some cases there may be a nominal processing fee. Many repairs can actually be handled in the TUMI store, free of charge. If your item does need to be sent to our facility, we will repair it quickly and ship it back at no additional cost to you. In those cases where our warranty does not apply, your local service center will provide you with an estimate of any repair and return shipping costs that may be incurred.

You Can Expect Years of Quality Service

We do have many customers with well-traveled bags more than five years old, that they would like to have refurbished or repaired. For these customers, we offer courteous, responsive service and the highest quality repairs and refurbishment at a reasonable cost. If we are unable to repair the bag, we will suggest alternative options. Please call your local service center before sending your product for repair or refurbishment to discuss shipping and handling costs and other fees.

The bottom line is that at TUMI, we are totally committed to keeping you happy about our products and our service. Nautica Warranty Information

Nautica backs their products with a 5-year limited warranty. It covers material and workmanship defects but not the damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, and accidents.

A. First Year of Ownership: Quality Guarantee

Register your Ricardoand Stephanie Johnsonluggage within 90 days of purchase to benefit from our first year of ownership quality guarantee. Register online at www.ricardobeverlyhills.com. Should you not wish to register, that’s OK. Your luggage is automatically covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty (see terms and conditions below). This Quality Guarantee gives you peace of mind during the first year of ownership.

THE QUALITY GUARANTEE COVERS:

  • Defects due to faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e. defective handles, zippers, locks, wheels).
  • Transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc).

THE QUALITY GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids.

General Notes

  1. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.
  2. Some of our suitcases come with an integrated USB port and internally routed charging capability. The wiring components themselves are guaranteed by a one-year limited warranty, subject to normal conditions of use.

Tommy Hilfiger Warranty Information

2-year warranty

Tommy Hilfiger luggage is rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with Tommy Hilfiger luggage (the “Product”) and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Tommy Hilfiger will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only if you provide original receipt of purchase. Your statutory rights in case of a defect items remain unaffected by this warranty.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (e.g. by airlines).

Coolife Warranty Information

Limited 2 Year Global Warranty
Coolife products are rigorously tested to ensure that the luggage you purchase meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Coolife product in the two year warranty and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Coolife will, take full responsibility for the inconvenience.
Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items),neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear.
Coolife reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Victorinox Warranty Information

Global Lifetime Plus Limited Warranty
Victorinox most premium collections are accompanied by premier warranty coverage. Should you experience functional damage of any kind during your first five years of ownership – even if caused by an airline, taxi, train or cruise ship – we will repair or replace your product as deemed appropriate. Following the first five years of ownership, your product is still guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Years One Through Five Total Protection
For five years from the date of original purchase, the Global Lifetime Plus Limited Warranty covers functional damage caused by common carriers such as airlines, taxis, trains and cruise ships, as well as defects in materials and workmanship. Should a defect or damage appear under normal use during the first five years of ownership, we will repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.

Years Six and Beyond Quality Guarantee
For years six and beyond, this warranty guarantees your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should a manufacturing defect appear under normal use, we will repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge. Damage caused by common carriers is not covered during years six and beyond.

Global 10-year Limited Warranty
Products covered by the Global 10-Year Limited Warranty are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.
